Kerala is resciliently coming out of the divastating effects of the flood. The rebuilding process is painstaking and slow. There are large number of poor people who cannot just afford to build back all that was lost, especially the much necessary place to live in-a home.
Don Bosco Veedu Society has been partnering with BREADS, Bangalore to build houses to those who have lost it. It requires tremendous resources and lots of efforts to reach the target that we have in mind. We are grateful for the supports that have come towards this objective.
We were able to mobilise resoiurces not only as money but also as materials and labour. There have been very good response from different ascociations, schools, colleges to suppot our initiative. Thanks a million for all those who support this essential venture
Kerala is fast recovering from the great devastation inflicted by nature in the recent floods across the state. Don Bosco Veedu Society is proud to have played a key role in building back many lives across the state through us and our sister cocerns by way of providing emergency helps in relief camps, cleaning houses, helping to rebuild houses, providing emergency medical care, getting furnitures for hundreds who lost the same.
Working together is success. The resilience of the prople of Kerala together with all the pooled resources has contributed to relieving the impact of the tragedy to a level that people could take in. It is indeed the helps that we recieved that has made us to reach our hands to more people in need of help. There is lot of rebuilding work needing lots more of resources. There are miles to journey in order to get back all the lost pride of Kerala. It is many small drops that make the ocean. Your help is further required to reach more 'bricks' and we are indeed in the process of rebuilding Kerala brick by brick.
Your generous contributions have sustained us in this slow but sure journey! Thank You.
