Dear Supporters,
Children with cancer and their families often face significant financial and emotional challenges. Beyond the cost of treatment, families may struggle to afford medicines, food, transportation, and other essential needs during a prolonged treatment journey.
What We Have Done So Far
Adjah Cancer Support Ghana has been working to support children affected by cancer and their families through practical assistance and continued engagement with healthcare providers and caregivers.
With donations received, we have contributed toward essential needs for children undergoing cancer treatment, including medications, nutritional support, transportation assistance, and other treatment-related expenses. We have also donated medications to children’s cancer wards in some government hospitals to help address medication needs within pediatric cancer care settings.
Our support also extends to children at Home of Hope, where we continue to support children with essential needs while they receive care. Alongside direct assistance, we continue to raise awareness about childhood cancer and encourage early recognition, diagnosis, and timely treatment.
How Donations Are Helping
Donations are helping us respond to some of the immediate needs faced by children with cancer and their families. By providing assistance with medicines, food, transportation, and other essential needs, we help reduce some of the financial pressure associated with cancer care.
The project remains ongoing, and many children and families still need support. Continued donations will allow us to reach more children and provide assistance throughout their treatment journey.
Thank you for standing with children facing cancer in Ghana. Your support is helping provide practical assistance, hope, and encouragement when children and their families need it most.
