Since the last update there have been some changes. Our long term volunteer has ended his time with us after almost a full year of his hard work, time and effort. However the programs will naturally not cease to be. With another volunteer, named Peter, we have been continuing the CLC program. He is using the same “English File” program from the Oxford press.
In the advanced English classes we have extra students, some of them wanted to improve their English besides their regular high school and one wanted to improve his language skill for his professional career. The need for the extra language class is getting into demand, due to the improvements in the area. This is encouraged by our organization, naturally.
The Basic English class is still going strong and steady. The children are often very excited to start their classes. They are often coming earlier to the class and start reading the children books in the class room. This is all possible through your generous donations and by giving to our organization we will be able to keep on teaching these underprivileged people so they have greater prospects in life.
