Subject : Emergency support

Burundi is the poorest country in the world , with 87% of the population living on less than 1.9 USD/day according to the World Bank and a GDP per capita of 309.1 USD in 2022 according to the IMF, compared to 274. 0 USD in 2021. In 2021, the country was ranked 187/191 in terms of human development (HDI). This situation is the result of years of civil war and violence (1993-2005). During the years of peace, between 2005 and 2014, GDP grew by more than 4.0% annually only to fall by 3.9% during the political crisis of 2015.
Furthermore, the rate of growth between 2006 and 2014 did not only slightly reduced poverty, due to strong population growth (3.1% per year), and a fertility rate of 5.2 children per woman (4.6 for SSA).
The result is a glaring infrastructure deficit (only 11.7% of the population has access to electricity, compared to 48.4% for sub-Saharan Africa) while the country is landlocked, hampering the country's potential growth
In march we have small amount in our organization, we spend to help 20 people only

Now we need more because is very difficult and critical situation for us and for more people .

Save Life Make Difference need more money to fight with this hard situation , our staff have more problem to respond to this emergency crises we call our friends to support to keep the project running and helping more people there are needed Since March we don’t have support the project is pending .

Help Burundian poor population in hard situation This project will provide food items for 5000 poor families in in Burundi for first round . Food is one of the basic needs of a man, taken to provide energy, maintain life and stimulate growth. Unfortunately, Nigeria is known as the poverty capital of the world, with about 12million of it's population living below poverty line. Having enough food to eat, will help these families to avoid many health problems and maintain a healthy life.
