Kavya is a 16 year old girl , who lives in KGF (Kolar Gold Fields) , near Bangalore. She comes from a very poor family with an unemployed father , who lost his employment , when the Gold Mines stopped its operations .She has a total loss of vision in one eye . Despite her handicap she is a brilliant student and wants to complete her education in College .She is currently in the first year of PUC (Pre University Course).
