A vast majority of Pakistan's population comprises of the youth. Aman Tech's vision is to empower these young individuals by teaching them both vocational and soft skills and aligning them to the needs of the local and international labor market through its state-of-the-art vocational training institute. Your contribution will serve as a opportunity for these individuals to help uplift themselves and their communities.
Despite being ranked as the world's 6th most populous country, only 25% of Pakistani youth graduate from secondary school and 1% vocational training. The lack of quality education causes an imbalance of private sector employer expectations and proficiency of the existing labor force. The unemployment caused as a result produces frustration and anger among the impressionable, young labor force, invariably leading to aggression, crime and violence being adopted as forms of outlet and sustenance.
AMANTECH is a state-of-the-art Vocational Training institute established to equip the underserved youth of Pakistan with technical and soft skills in order to enhance and facilitate their employment opportunities. AMANTECH has partnered with leading organizations such as City & Guilds UK, ensuring that students are provided quality education that is in line with market demand. This program is geared towards making it easier for students to find jobs upon graduation.
Education serves as the bedrock for stability, curbing detrimental effects of unemployment and illiteracy. As AMANTECH mitigates the effect of this adversity, the long term effect would reduce poverty, violence and crime as well as improve quality of life for the underserved. To date, over 10,236 students have graduated with a 69% placement rate. This provides them with economic independence and helps them uplift themselves and their communities.
