Help Disadvantaged Children In Hue Vietnam

Hi Everyone,

It’s time to share with each of you the last update, hope that you’ll find it interesting, speaking to this we are doing a lot on daily basis for our protected kids so if you would like have a specific update or visibility just send us an email and we’ll ensure to have it in our next update.

The last 3 month was still special and still dealing with Covid restrictions etc, during that time the kids was studying from home and we ensure support for them, kids really miss the school and their other friends but situation is getting more and more better so we just have to be patient and life will be back to normal soon.

Of course we also ensure that all families around have the necessary food & medical support, we regularly organize food distribution and even more now with the covid situation, the needs increased a lot and we have more and more families on trouble coming to us and requesting help. We again take this opportunity to thanks each of you for your support, if we can support them it’s because you support us.

Last news is a bad one, sorry for this but I wanted take this update opportunity to praise as we lost one of our protected kid… the short story of this girl is that she born with Aids transmitted by her parents, we take care of her during 18 years, she was a strong girl and was in battle every day during her 18 years… we are all sad today and pray for her and also pray that in some day we’ll not die because of Aids.

For the first time of the Vietnam Social history, we are proud that the government nominated the orphanage that we are supporting (Tam Tieh Vien Homestay) as the best protection social center of Vietnam, this is a great recognition from the government to us all. We are so proud to be a part of this organization and helping the kids, so proud that all our efforts are being recognized.

This was a great start of the year and we take this opportunity to wish you all a very nice year ahead, health happiness and love.

For the Tet preparation we organize a cooking event with all the children and organize a distribution for poor family around, Kids was really happy to participate to this event and take the time to share home cook with external people, it was a great exchange.

Last but not least, with the Heritage education program from Hue capital center we organize a training day with heritage drawing & coloring activities, it was fun and then the kids went visit some heritage places to learn more about the cultural history but also to sensitize on how protect it.
