This project will build a home that will house very deprived orphans and homeless children who have no one to take care of them. These children when left on their own most often will fall into wrong hands and become a challenge to the community, but when given the right atmosphere and opportunity they will grow to have a positive impart on the nation Ghana and the world at at large. The facility will house 50 children within the Asebe community in Ghana. Your donation will be very helpful.
HOCAP in the past 15 years have worked with very deprived communities and some times come across very deprived orphans who need support and care. HOCAP currently works with some orphanages and supports the children. There is no close orphanage within the area that HOCAP currently operates and will there fore wants to put up a home that will house and take care of such children. In this orphanage, HOCAP will use its experience to make sure these children have equal opportunities in life.
Once the orphanage building is completed, these deprived orphans and abandoned children who become vulnerable in society will have a place they call home. They will grow in a conducive atmosphere which will provide both formal and informal education. They will be given nutritional meals to aid their growth and will. for many of these children who will have ended up in the streets with bad virtues will be taught the love of Christ so they can grow up to love the community that supported them.
Children will grow to become responsible adults, educated enough to be in positions to influence positive decisions on the community. Equipped to have compassion on poor and deprived children so they can support such children within the community by giving back to community what they have received and the number of people who will have ended up as wayward children causing harm in the street will be reduced for communities to enjoy some peace. They will add to the entire growth and development.
