We continue to make in-roads with our Wifi Campaign to extend the hotspots into the Nyara Villages. Fundraising has been challenging, but we forge ahead to connect the unconnected of the Nyara Villages and hopefully we can close this out by years end. Our current campaign is focused on installing wifi hotspots in the villages at a cost of R15000 per installation. We need to activate a minimum of 10 spots.
Currently all programmes are being offered at our center, and full wifi access is only available at our center.
Programmes such as Entrepreneurship, Digital Literacy, Soup Kitchen and sports initiatives remain impactful and meaningful, creating a difference in this rural village
