Every young person deserves the opportunity to build a future they can believe in. All Out Africa Foundation aims to equip 1,000 young people in Eswatini with the confidence, practical skills, guidance and support they need to move towards sustainable livelihoods. Through a practical four-week workshop, participants build workplace and leadership skills, learn to present themselves effectively, and create a realistic plan for their future.
Young people in Eswatini face a difficult transition from education into economic independence. Employment opportunities are limited, and many lack career guidance, mentors, work experience or practical soft skills. For others, entrepreneurship offers a route to earning a livelihood and creating jobs, but sustainable enterprises require confidence, business skills, mentoring, networks and access to finance. The challenge is not a lack of potential. It is the gap between potential and opportunity
We invest in the person, not just the resume. The project begins with a four-week programme covering Know Yourself, Build Yourself, Market Yourself and Create Your Future. Participants develop confidence, leadership, communication, employability and enterprise-readiness skills, then identify a pathway into employment, further training or entrepreneurship. Follow-on support may include mentoring, enterprise development, microfinance, internships or further education.
By equipping 1,000 young people with stronger self-awareness, confidence, employability skills and entrepreneurial capability, the project aims to improve their ability to participate in Eswatini's economy and shape their own futures. Some may move into employment or internships, continue education or skills training, or start and strengthen businesses, contributing to more sustainable livelihoods.
