Education has been disrupted due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Online learning have been adapted by various educational institutions with the intent of a continuity in educating the youth. Various challenges have been encountered in this new setup which was quite difficult and stressful.
Today, restrictions brought about by this pandemic have been eased and most universities are gearing up for the gradual resumption of face to face classes. School protocols have been properly discussed. This includes the would be implementaiton of social distancing, wearing of face masks on campus, follow markers in place as well as frequent washing of hands.
This does not discount the fact that two years has gone by since the last physical classes were held. The surroundings and classrooms were quite abandoned. The university has started its clean up drive in the campus surroundings as well as inside classrooms which have not been used in the last two years.
Hybrid learning will still be implemented but with the return of some degree of normalcy in the education process, this will give more chances of students who are financially challenged but intellectually gifted in fulfilling their dreams of becoming educated in that one major challenge before was the absence of a good internet connection in their locality which is a major hindrance of them being able to realize it.
