Because of many generous donors, over 115 Maya families enjoyed a joyful 2025 holiday season.
In early December, our Maya Jaguar teachers and staff delivered canastas navideñas—traditional holiday food baskets—to families in five villages. Thanks to our donors' kindness, each family will celebrate with their favorite holiday meal, including chicken tamales, rice, beans, and other essentials. Despite the rainy weather, two teams of Maya Jaguar staff delivered every basket and were greeted with smiles, gratitude, and joy.
Your gift does more than brighten the holidays. This annual fundraising event directly helps combat chronic malnutrition and eases food scarcity in this underserved region of western Guatemala.
