Dado el contexto de la pandemia Covid-19, las acciones de este proyecto han sido modificadas y enmarcadas en el contexto de la emergencia sanitaria derivada de la pandemia Covid-19, por lo que se modificó el formato de las actividades planificadas para seguir otorgando asistencia y rehabilitación. medidas como parte de la atención psicosocial a víctimas de violencia, siguiendo las medidas sanitarias recomendadas por las autoridades sanitarias para prevenir nuevos contagios de Covid 19. Cabe mencionar que las actividades se extendieron a una localidad más de la región central de Guerrero, México .
Durante este período de tiempo se realizaron 6 sesiones de círculo de escucha, alrededor de 300 personas participaron en estas actividades.
En este mismo período de tiempo, se decidió realizar sesiones de acompañamiento terapéutico a alrededor de 25 familias; Además de atender individualmente a 20 jóvenes en sesiones de acompañamiento terapéutico
A través de este programa se pretende restaurar la condición emocional de las víctimas, la intervención psicosocial ha sido vital, ya que han desarrollado enfermedades crónico degenerativas debido a la carga emocional que padecen. como consecuencia del acto victimario.
Por otro lado, se realizó un taller de autocuidado físico y emocional en tiempos de crisis.

Given the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, the actions of this project had to be modified and be framed in the context of the health emergency derived from the Covid-19 pandemic, so the format of the planned activities was modified to continue granting assistance and rehabilitation measures as part of the psychosocial care for victims of violence, respecting the sanitary measures recommended by the health authorities to prevent new infections of Covid 19. We should mention that the activities were extended to one more town in the central region of the Guerrero, Mexico.

During this period of time, 2 listening circle sessions were held, around 100 people participated in these activities.

In this same period of time, it was decided to carry out therapeutic accompaniment sessions to around 20 families; in addition to attending individually to 13 young people in sessions of therapeutic accompaniment

Through this program it is intended to restore the emotional condition of the victims, psychosocial intervention being of vital importance since they have developed chronic degenerative diseases due to the emotional burden they suffer as a result of the victimizing act.

On the other hand, a workshop on physical and emotional self-care in times of crisis was carried out.

The psychological care program for victims is part of the assistance and rehabilitation measures offered by the Minerva Bello Center for the Rights of Victims of Violence. The program establishes to restore the emotional condition of the victims, for this reason it is of the utmost importance that they received this psychological intervention since some have developed chronic degenerative diseases due to the emotional burden. It is worth mentioning that the number of sessions is determined according to the emotional situation in which the person is (mostly women and children). Every week we work with 15 families in individual listening and group activities.

In the context of the Covid 19 pandemic, the actions of this project had to be modified and framed in the context of the health emergency derived from the Covid-19 pandemic and after it, given the social impact that is being caused In human rights, particularly, in economic, social and cultural rights, they have been harmed in an exacerbated way in the region that we inhabit in the State of Guerrero, Mexico, so they had to analyze how to modify the format of the activities planned continue providing assistance and rehabilitation measures as part of psychosocial care for victims of violence, respecting the sanitary measures recommended by health authorities to prevent new infections of Covid 19.

During March virtual meetings were held by the work team to design the necessary modifications to the activities; It was then decided to carry out only the individual therapy follow-up sessions via telephone.

In the months of April, May and June, 30, 27 and 31 victims were attended by telephone respectively.

Through this program it is intended to restore the emotional condition of the victims, psychosocial intervention being of vital importance since they have developed chronic degenerative diseases due to the emotional burden they suffer as a result of the victimizing act.

On the other hand, a strengthening and training session was carried out for the team that is implementing the psychosocial intervention, detecting the need to develop a guide for physical and emotional self-care in times of crisis that is culturally appropriate to be distributed among victims of violence that is approaching our center. The trainings are fundamental pillars for the professional growth of the victims' companions since through these they seek to strengthen their learning and tools to offer adequate comprehensive care.

The program includes psychosocial care for victims of violence in the State of Guerrero, Mexico. As part of the assistance and rehabilitation measures, the following activities have been carried out in the period from January to February:

January: 22 child victims were treated by offering a weekly session to each of these, that is, 4 sessions per person, with 80 sessions in total. Of the 20 victims mentioned, 14 were girls and 8 were boys.

February: 27 victims were treated (child and teenagers), of which 14 were girls, 8 boys and 5 teenagers; A weekly session was offered to each of these, that is, 4 sessions per person, having 108 sessions for this period of time.

Through this program it is intended to restore the emotional condition of the victims, with psychosocial intervention being of vital importance since they have developed chronic degenerative diseases due to the emotional burden they suffer as a result of the victimizing event.

On the other hand, 56 families who have presented various health problems have been consulted with herbal treatment, massage and / or acupuncture.

Additionally, administrative procedures have been made before State institutions so that 73 victims of violence and in a state of vulnerability (35 men and 38 women) receive free health services such as laboratory tests, ultrasounds, x-rays; medical care in general medicine, dental, family planning, pediatrics, gynecology, diabetes and two-birth care services.

On the other hand, a training session was held for the team that is implementing the psychosocial intervention. The trainings are fundamental pillars for the professional growth of the victims' companions as they seek to strengthen their learning and tools to offer adequate comprehensive care.
