Over the last few months, life everywhere has been significantly altered. As we continue to practice physical distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic, we have found ways to use this time to foster reconnection with ourselves, our friends and families, human and non-human neighbors, and the global family.
Our Altus space remains closed to broader community offerings, however, we are slowly beginning to have in person group sessions with HAICU. The group met in person for the first time in months last week! They sat outside, while social distancing and wearing masks, and felt great to be off of the computer screens!
To support our Vermont communities, we have been sending out a weekly resource newsletter to nourish the body, mind and spirit. The newsletter is full of online yoga classes, guided meditations, art activities, and other creative ways to support ourselves through this difficult time.
