As we practice physical distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are looking for ways to use this time to foster reconnection with ourselves, our friends and families, human and non-human neighbors, and global family.
While our Altus space is closed, we are finding creative ways to stay in contact with our program participants, through regular check-in phone calls, online discussion groups and video classes. Our HAICU participants are enthusiastic about learning new technology and have expressed the first few online sessions were a huge success full of laughter!
We're also looking for ways to support the borader community in Central Vermont with a weekly resource newsletter to nourish your body, mind and spirit. The newsletter is full of online yoga classes, guided meditations, art activities, and other creative ways to support ourselves through this difficult time.
