With this project we seek to promote the personal development of women in situations of psychosocial vulnerability. Our objective is to build vital / occupational projects by strengthening the autonomy based on a methodological strategy: Occupational Training Project. The project was presented before the National Institute of Women, which depends on the Ministry of Social Development of the Nation. Your current status is "in the process of evaluation" so we hope in our next report to be able to tell you that we are already working with the "El Gauchito" Community Center in the city of Tigre in the Province of Buenos Aires, with all the women there. concurWith the workshops we seek to intervene in the subjectivity of women through a deep understanding of their family context, personal history, previous work experience (formal and informal), personal self-perception, skills and attitudes, expectations and fears related to the beginning of a new life project, willingness to work as a team, adoption of proactive attitudes, responsibility for tasks, planning, division of work, leadership, results oriented to work, as well as dealing with issues such as domestic violence. This project has been designed to be sustainable. Its dynamics allow it to remain productive over time. The empowerment of women will create new agents of social change. This model can be replicated in different communities to strengthen the networks of active users of the tools and skills learned.Approximately 15 women will be the recipients, expecting an impact on 60 people from the community, where the experience will surely be replicated. We hope you will continue accompanying us. And surely we will share more good news in the next report.
