We have already completed the design stage of our project and have presented it to the National Institute for Women, which is a State institution dependent on the Ministry of Social Development of the Nation. This presentation aims to get financing for the execution of the program, which as we told previously we will develop in the Community Center "El Gauchito" of the city of Tigre in the Province of Buenos Aires. We remind you that with this project we seek to promote the personal development of women in situations of psychosocial vulnerability. Its objective is to build vital / occupational projects by strengthening autonomy based on a methodological strategy: Occupational Training Project. The team, which is made up of professionals who will accompany the participants in setting up their own work project, promoting new opportunities for women who go through complex life situations so that they become empowered and create new links in the labor market access process and exit situations of domestic violence With the workshops we seek to intervene in the subjectivity of the women who will participate, through a deep understanding of their family context, personal history, previous work experience (formal and informal), personal self-perception, skills and attitudes, expectations and fears related to the beginning of a new life project, willingness to work in a team, adoption of proactive attitudes, responsibility for tasks, planning, division of work, leadership, results oriented to work, commitment, etc. This project has been designed to be sustainable. Its dynamics allow it to remain productive over time. The empowerment of women will create new agents of social change. This model can be replicated in different communities to strengthen the networks of active users of the tools and skills learned.
