We are happy to share news with you! We are in the stage of design and organization of two new editions of our project! As we did last year, we will work again at the community center "El Gauchito" in the town of Tigre, in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is a project we seek to promote the personal development of women in situations of psychosocial vulnerability. Its objective is to build vital / occupational projects by strengthening autonomy based on a methodological strategy: Occupational Training Project. There we will develop workshops to intervene in the subjectivity of women who will participate, through a deep understanding of their family context, personal history, previous work experience (formal and informal), personal self-perception, skills and attitudes, expectations and fears related to the beginning of a new life project, willingness to work in a team, adoption of proactive attitudes, responsibility for tasks, planning, division of work, leadership, results oriented to work, commitment, etc.The team, which is made up of highly qualified professionals, will accompany the participants in the assembly of their own work project, promoting new opportunities for women who are going through complex life situations to empower themselves and create new links in the process of access to the labor market and leave of situations of domestic violenceThis project has been designed to be sustainable. Its dynamics allow it to remain productive over time. The empowerment of women will create new agents of social change. This model can be replicated in different communities to strengthen the networks of active users of the tools and skills learned.
