Project Report | Dec 28, 2025
400 girls. 400 bikes.

By Phoebe and Sara Nerone | Co-Founders

Hello Everyone,

As we come to the close of this year, we want to share an incredible milestone with you: 400 girls received brand-new bicycles and helmets through our Bikes for Girls Program in 2025. This achievement is possible because of you.

Whether you have been supporting us for many years, give monthly, or made your very first donation recently, please know how deeply thankful we are. Every gift—large or small—helps change a girl’s daily life in a very real way.

Throughout the year, our dedicated Vietnamese staff distributed the bikes in small groups of 20 girls at a time, ensuring that each girl received her bike safely and with care. These bikes mean more than transportation—they mean easier access to school, less time walking long distances, greater safety, and renewed confidence for girls who are determined to learn.

We also wanted to share a special highlight from this year: over the summer, a filmmaker traveled to Vietnam to create a short, documentary-style film about our family and the programs we support for girls. It beautifully captures the spirit of the work you make possible, please click on the link to go to our website and scroll down to the bottom of the front page where you can watch the video.

Below are a few photos from this year’s bike distributions. We hope they bring a smile to your face and a sense of pride in what you’ve helped accomplish. If you’re inspired, we would be so grateful if you shared our organization with friends and family who may want to support girls’ education and opportunity in Vietnam.

From all of us—and from every girl who rode her new bike home this year—thank you!

Happy Holidays,
Sara, Phoebe and Sophie Nerone
