Malnutrition in India has become a situation that haunts the lives of millions of children. Shockingly, 19.8 million children below age 6 in India are undernourished. The situation is extremely critical because the effects of malnourishment are irreversible age if it does not receive urgent care at the right time. Unless we nip this problem at the bud, it can have a lifelong impact on the overall development of children.
With YOUR help, CRY will work at the grassroots level with its partner organisations to protect children from malnutrition. YOUR contribution will go towards ensuring proper nutrition, health check ups & growth monitoring for young children. It will also provide adequate support & a robust healthcare and immunization system for severely malnourished children. Your support will ensure proper pre-natal care, adequate nutrition & timely health check-ups for pregnant so that babies are born healthy.
