Dear volunteers, donors, and the Brave to Rebuild community,
Our fundraiser is complete, we earned a grand total of $16,668.47, and we’ve acquired a new van for Brave’s volunteer community. It is a nice Ford Tourneo Custom from 2015, which we found at a good price and condition for its age. We earned $14,512.47 from this fundraiser (121% of our goal!) combined with the $2,156 we raised from our previous winter fundraiser.
We used this money for the following:
Total spent: $14,955.76
This also means we have $1,712.71 leftover for car service throughout the year! We usually go to the auto service once every two months, and this will be roughly enough to cover a full year of car service.
In short, we would like to deeply express our gratitude to everyone who contributed. This project was a huge success, and we couldn’t have done it without all the extra effort many donors put into the project to not just donate, but to very actively share it with their communities.
A special thanks to Cal, Fred, Mathilde, Simon, Pauline, Vassili, and Tonia for contributing with their own fundraisers, which made up a total of $4,520.18, and HvR, Henryque, Nick, Lorie, Victor, Isaac, and Donnie for their extra efforts into supporting the fundraiser.
