Dear volunteers, donors, and the Brave to Rebuild community,
We're funded! Wednesday night, one donor reached out to us saying he decided to cover the final few hundred USD. We’re now already in the process of looking for and buying the van.
A huge thank you to every one of the 85+ people who helped us get this far, and a special thanks to the 8 volunteers who decided to make their own mini-fundraiser. This was a huge success.
Because some of our volunteers have expressed they want to keep raising funds for their mini-fundraisers, we will keep the fundraiser going until the end of August. The extra funds that come in will go to vehicle maintenance, including the full inspection at the start.
When the vehicle is ready, we’ll make a report listing and explaining the expenses we used the funds for. You can expect another report after that one, detailing how we’re using the additional donations we receive.
