Parts of Body session at Sishubhavan Play School

Children always look for new information. Their tiny minds are filled with numerous questions about the world, their surroundings, and especially their own bodies. As they grow up they start to recognize that they can run, play, laugh, and sing, they also become more curious about their bodies. It is necessary to teach them about their body parts at this stage. Learning about the function of each part of their body, also helps them to gain coordination and motor skills.

On 17.02.2023 an MSW intern from Alagappa University, Karaikudi taught the children at Sishubhavan Play School the parts of the body. The children participated well and enjoyed the session.

Sharing Time – Muthialpet evening school
Children need to learn to share so they can make and keep friends, play cooperatively, take turns, negotiate, and cope with disappointment. Sharing teaches children about compromise and fairness. They learn that if we give a little to others, we can get some of what we want too. Children also need opportunities to learn about and practice sharing.
The evening school teacher Mrs. Bavani created an opportunity for the children to share by arranging a sharing time during the evening school. The children brought snack items from their homes and shared them with their friends in the evening school. The children enjoyed sharing their eatables with the other children.

Birthday Celebration in Janani Home for Girls

There's nothing like a birthday. In addition to reminding us of how old we are, they also represent how far we've come. Participating in them is a great way to express your appreciation for someone. A birthday gives everyone a chance to feel special and appreciate how much their loved ones care for them.

On 06.02.2023 the children at Janani Home, Colas Nagar celebrated the birthday of one of our children, 11 years old child. It was a time of joy for all the girls in Janani Home.

Prime Trust wishes her a delighted birthday and a splendid year ahead. All the staff members, volunteers and her family members have participated.

74th Republic Day Celebration at Prime Trust

Republic Day marks the adoption of India's constitution and the country's transition to a republic on January 26, 1950. Every year, the celebrations marking the day feature spectacular military and cultural pageantry. In New Delhi, armed forces personnel march along the Kartavya path in an elaborate display of military might.

On 26.01.2023 the Prime Trust staff, Janani home children, and the rainbow Nagar evening school children celebrated the 74th republic day in the Prime Trust office, Rainbow Nagar. Our national flag was hoisted by the special guest Mr. Siva Kumar, trustee of Prime Trust. Prime Trust Founder and Managing Director Mr. SM Arasu was the guest of honor. The program started with a welcome speech. Children danced to patriotic songs. A speech about republic day was given. Mr. Sivakumar gave a special speech where he emphasized the importance of learning to thrive in the upcoming challenges. The program ended with a vote of thanks.
