Over the last weeks heavy air strikes made the life of the Burmese people in the region of Kayah State even more complicated than it already was before. Not only are people forced to flee, they try to hide in the forest, in holes they dug during the day desperatly trying to hide from the bombings. Trying to save their children and the very few belongings they were able to take with them. The numbers of IDPs rises daily and our dedicated staff on the ground is still trying to cover everybody's needs while at the same time trying to take cover from the air strikes temselves.
With your amazing support we are able to give food and safe drinking water to women, men, young children, the elderly as regularly as is possible under these circumstances. The endless hardship these people face make us speechless and calls for all our support even more. Thank you so much for everybody who already donated or will be doing so in the future! You can make a real difference for the people who are impacted by the brutal war and ethnical cleansing which goes totally underreported worldwide!
