We are deeply grateful for your generous contribution to our Let’s Make Histories without Hunger project through GlobalGiving. Your support comes at a special time for us, as we recently celebrated 28 years of working to combat hunger and reduce food waste in our region, a milestone we couldn’t have reached without the commitment of supporters like you

Your contribution is directly impacting the lives of so many in need. In 2024 alone, we have distributed 439,929 food packages across more than 250 delivery points in Puebla and Tlaxcala. This means we’ve been able to support an average of 158,094 people who would otherwise have no access to daily meals.

To commemorate our 28 years of impact, we’ve created a special anniversary video, and we’d love for you to watch it 28th anniversary.

Making a Difference Together in Puebla y Tlaxcala

Dear friend

On behalf of the entire team at the Puebla and Tlaxcala Food Bank, I want to express our deepest gratitude for your ongoing trust and support. Without your generosity and commitment, our achievements would not be possible.

It is thanks to individuals like yourselves that we can carry out our important work of providing food assistance to those most in need in our communities. Over the months of January, February, March, and April, we've been able to provide food to an average of 157,360 people each week, delivering a total of 229,581 food packages by the end of April. These numbers represent countless lives impacted and families nourished.

In addition to offering food, we've also conducted nutrition workshops in the communities we serve. These workshops are crucial for educating and empowering individuals about their eating habits and nutrition, contributing to a better quality of life for them and their families.

Furthermore, your generosity allows us to champion sustainability through food rescue programs. We've been able to save perishable and non-perishable items, preventing waste and maximizing the resources available to those in need. This extends our reach and creates a more efficient our mision.

However, our reach goes beyond immediate food needs. We're also committed to fostering long-term well-being. Your support has enabled us to offer vital nutrition workshops, empowering individuals to access a better life.
