Challenge

In many low-income communities in Ghana, children go to school or spend their days without adequate food. Food insecurity leads to hunger, poor nutrition, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating in class. Over time, this affects their academic performance, health, and ability to thrive, keeping them trapped in a cycle of poverty.

Solution

This project will provide consistent and nutritious meals to 1,000 vulnerable children in selected low-income communities. Meals will be delivered through schools or community feeding points to ensure accessibility and fairness. The project will prioritize children most affected by hunger and ensure regular food support.

Long-Term Impact

The project will improve the health, nutrition, and learning capacity of 1,000 children. Regular meals will increase school attendance, improve concentration, and support better academic performance. Over time, this will contribute to stronger child development outcomes and help reduce poverty-related challenges in communities.
