Yearly and more frequent Consultative Meetings

At the beginning of every year, Kole Intellectual Forum conducts consultative meeting with their stakeholders with the hope of gathering input, perspectives, and feedback from them (the stakeholders) before they could make up a plan to implement any project, allowing them (Stakeholders) through their  diverse viewpoints to informed the implementers, particularly on some significant changes on the projects

The key reasons why Kole Intellectual Forum makes up consultative meetings is to help them to:

• Gather information:

To collect data and insights from experts, affected parties, or the community regarding a specific issue or proposed solution. 

• Seek feedback:

To get opinions and suggestions on a plan, policy, or project, allowing for potential improvements and adjustments. 

• Build consensus:

To work towards agreement among stakeholders by discussing different perspectives and finding common ground. 

• Increase buy-in:

By including people in the decision-making process, they are more likely to support the final outcome. 

• Identify potential issues:

To proactively uncover challenges or concerns that might arise from a proposed plan. 

• Promote collaboration:

To foster open communication and teamwork among different parties involved. 

• Address concerns:

To provide a platform for individuals to voice their worries and have them addressed. 

Kole Intellectual Forum is one such Community Based Organization that involves their students on the training of the value of patriotism through active teaching to advocate for love and respect of their country, understanding their history and culture, and also make them to contribute their thinking for the betterment of their civic engagement, respecting national symbols, and participating in community service, while fostering a sense of pride and belonging within their nation.

Understanding national identity:

Discuss the significance of the national flag, anthem, and other symbols. Explore their country's history, key figures, and important events as well as highlighting diverse cultural aspects of the country.
