Creating Peace at that Institute: Mediation
The purpose of meditation at Kole Intellectual Forum is meant to gain mental clarity, foster emotional balance by cultivating awareness of thoughts and feelings without judgment among students.
The Institute of the organization is offering a wide range of benefits to them through that, by approaching issues through this method, and they have discovered that: it involves reducing stress and anxiety to improving focus, self-awareness, and overall well-being through the training of their students with the knowledge of meditation
Although, it's a system that was traditionally used in spiritual practices for enlightenment, meditation is at present used to symbolize a secular wellness of a person register in terms of a calmer, more resilient, as well as that content state of being in everyday life; a system that Kole Intellectual Forum has from now onwards picked interest into it.
The tool is found by organization to be that one that can trigger the relaxation response, which lowers heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing; builds the mental resilience to handle difficult situations more calmly; fosters a deeper understanding of ones thoughts, emotions, and patterns of mind; as well as being that one that can help one to observe his/her feelings without getting overwhelmed, leading to greater emotional stability and a more positive outlook.
The Institute is using this tool to ensure they endure peace at their system other than having a temporary relaxation but to rather develop long-term skills for the lasting inner peace and contentment.

Community Engagement: A tool to project Development
By George Obua | Project Leader
KIFA is evaluating their projects development through community Engagement
Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) has learnt that: evaluation of their projects by members of the community they serve, can make them to assess the effectiveness of their pieces of work or their developed programs.
Through this process to, the team of the organization has be able to highlight whether their projects are moving steadily and successfully towards the set goals or differently towards different directions.
Furthermore, evaluation with the community is also keeping the participants to refocus away from unproductive or unnecessary work.
Above all, this approach has also help the organization to, learn from their experiences; record what they have learnt, and share it with other stakeholders; check on their progresses; as well as checking whether they are doing well with the community or not; they have strength or not; learnt of their weaknesses and search for opportunities.
As of now, the organization is very clear of what to do, when do them, how to do them and with which people as a result of evaluating their projects with the community
