Preconditions for taking-off: Health facility

This chapter has already being openned by Kole Intellectual Forum to examine critically the preconditions necessary for the take-off stage for their plan to establish a health facility in Kole District: and, during this transitional era, the organization is looking at both external and internal forces that must be dealt with before the time come to be.

Internally, the organization is engaging the decision makers couple with researchers to help them with proper data or information that can guide them to move the proposed plan from one point to the next one. At present, part of the Institute of Knowledge of Kole Intellectual Forum has been gazzetted for the plan, the Van that had also been procured before also takes the same direction; while plan are also underway to start procuring most of the basic necessities for the facility, possibly by early September, 2024

Externally, a case in place is to register with ministry of Health of Uganda, although Kole District Local Government has already being informed; indeed a lot of prelimenary activities are at present in progress.
