As we are all aware that: needs assessment may take many different formats. The most common formats include surveys, interviews, focus groupd, or key informant interviews. As usual, Kole Intellectual; Forum is conducting needs assessment using these various approaches to help her collect more data and see to deal with the pros and cons of the two projects she is undertaking; that is, Empower a Girl: For Self-Reliance & Establishing a Health facility in Kole District
The purpose of this needs assessment is to help the promoters of the projects to determine what needs to be accomplished in these two projects to show them the way of reaching their goals. Through the approach, the organization is grateful that: the assessment is helping them to inform the projects’ overall plan and approaches by identifying the targeted strategies and prioritize resources.
