We wanted to share some great news with our donors & supporters! We have a new Director of Projects and Technology and coordinators and volunteers working with her. We are planning significant changes and improvements to our online training offering (www.sisdom.com.br). This includes creating new online tracks with new courses and activities which will help train and educate our target audience in the skills they need to grow their small businesses and increase their incomes. The online tracks will also include our mentoring program and online lectures that we offer to our micro entrepreneurs. With this, the online learning tracks will be composed of a series of short courses as well as other activities which add value and which make a difference for our target audience. We are excited to begin implementing these changes!
In other news, we successfully completed one more project - Empreenda SYN - with the support of Instituto SYN from the Cyrela Group. We are also wrapping up the first round of an internal initiative called Dom da Renda which seeked to show our micro entrepreneurs how and when to adequately annotate and control daily financial transactions that occur in any small business. The final winners of this first round will be receiving trophies and small prize money.

Estamos animados para começar a implementar essas mudanças!
Em outras notícias, concluímos com sucesso mais um projeto - Empreenda SYN - com o apoio do Instituto SYN do Grupo Cyrela. Estamos também a concluir a primeira fase de uma iniciativa interna chamada Dom da Renda, que teve como objetivo mostrar aos nossos microempreendedores como e quando registar e controlar adequadamente as transações financeiras diárias que ocorrem em qualquer pequena empresa. Os vencedores desta primeira fase receberão troféus e um pequeno prémio monetário.
