Our projects, our impact and our support towards low income micro entrepreneurs has mostly happened by means of grants from public and private institutions and the help of individuals like yourself! We have attempted fundraising from private companies and we need to restart these efforts in spite of the not-so-good results up to this point.
These first few months of 2024 have shown us opportunities involving large grants which will definitely help us generate better social and positive economic impact for our target audiences (low income entrepreneurs). Such grants will also allow our organization to grow. Fingers crossed on these grant opportunities as we await for results.
As all of this happens, we continue supporting low income entrepreneurs, especially those which have been through one of our projects. We will be offering micro credit opportunities to some entrepreneurs in the next month. We have been offering online lectures on subjects of their interest. And in April we will promote an in-person lecture on “Social Media best practices” for a large number of entrepreneurs that are part of our IDom Community.
In the next few months, we will begin a Lei de Incentivo project (funded by the Federal Government) for 30 micro entrepreneurs from all over Brazil. This project will be one of a kind for us and we look forward to it. We continue needing funding to improve and augment our course offerings on our e-learning platform Sisdom. And we need to continue professionally structuring our organization in order to be able to handle larger projects, which will come!

Nossos projetos, nosso impacto e nosso apoio aos microempreendedores de baixa renda tem acontecido principalmente por meio de doações de Editais públicos e privados e da ajuda de pessoas como você! Tentamos captar recursos de empresas privadas e precisamos reiniciar esses esforços, apesar dos resultados não tão bons até agora.
Estes primeiros meses de 2024 nos apresentaram oportunidades envolvendo grandes editais que certamente nos ajudarão a gerar melhor impacto social positivo para o nosso público-alvo (empreendedores de baixa renda). Essas doações também permitirão que a nossa organização cresça. Dedos cruzados quanto a essas oportunidades com editais, enquanto aguardamos pelos resultados.
À medida que tudo isso acontece, continuamos apoiando empreendedores de baixa renda, principalmente aqueles que já passaram por algum de nossos projetos. Vamos oferecer oportunidades de microcrédito para alguns empreendedores no próximo mês. Temos oferecido palestras on-line sobre assuntos de seu interesse. E em abril vamos promover uma palestra presencial sobre “Melhores práticas em Mídias Sociais” para um grande número de empreendedores que fazem parte da nossa Comunidade IDom.
Nos próximos meses, iniciaremos um projeto de Lei de Incentivo para 30 microempreendedores de todo o Brasil. Este projeto será único para nós e estamos ansiosos por isso. Continuamos precisando de financiamento para melhorar e aumentar nossos cursos em nossa plataforma de ensino a distância Sisdom. E precisamos continuar estruturando profissionalmente a nossa organização para podermos dar conta dos projetos maiores que virão!
