We are pleased to inform that a brand new project is about to begin and also a new step forward for our organization! As of Aug. 1 we will be launching our e-leaning platform which will be used to train 120 women entrepreneurs from 3 different low-income communities in Rio de Janeiro!
This new training platform and this new project are an excellent step forward for our organization and we plan to build upon this from now on. The e-learning platform (based on Moodle) will allow us to train our target audiences using videos, texts, audio and also offer them discussion foruns, different evaluations, chat functionality and more. We will measure and evaluate user engagement and participation so that on phase 2 of our projects we can offer in-person lectures and workshops, mentoring, seed money and additional training only to the most engaged sub-group of entrepreneurs.
This project will also include in-person training using the International Labor Organization framework which our Organization is trained on. The framework is also focused on women entrepreneurs which do not have a small business yet, but need to begin one.
We are very excited with all of this! We continue in much need of your support in order for us to continue expanding and doing more positive social impact with low income micro entrepreneurs.

Temos o prazer de informar que um novo projeto está prestes a começar e também um novo passo para a nossa organização! A partir de 1º de agosto estaremos lançando nossa plataforma de e-leaning que será utilizada para capacitar 120 mulheres empreendedoras de 3 comunidades de baixa renda do Rio de Janeiro!
Esta nova plataforma de capacitação e este novo projeto são um excelente passo para frente para a nossa organização e pretendemos crescer a partir desse passo. A plataforma de e-learning (baseada no Moodle) nos permitirá treinar nossos públicos-alvo por meio de vídeos, textos, áudio e também oferecer-lhes fóruns de discussão, diferentes avaliações, funcionalidade de bate-papo e muito mais. Mediremos e avaliaremos o envolvimento e a participação do usuário para que, na fase 2 de nossos projetos, possamos oferecer palestras e workshops presenciais, mentorias, capital inicial e treinamento adicional apenas para o subgrupo de empreendedores mais engajados.
Este projeto também incluirá treinamento presencial usando a metodologia da Organização Internacional do Trabalho (OIT) na qual nossa Organização é treinada. A metodologia também é focada em mulheres empreendedoras que ainda não têm um negócio, mas precisam começar um.
Estamos muito empolgados com tudo isso! Continuamos precisando muito do seu apoio para continuarmos expandindo e gerando mais impacto social positivo com os microempreendedores de baixa renda.
