Summary

AHD has been working in the rural areas of Sindh since & tacking with skills development of long disasters in Pakistan, 2019 to 2020 COVUD-19 hit hard and than 2022 super floods hit hard Pakistan, AHD wants to build capacity of rural poor people of Pakistan via skill trainings and this project will help 1,000 rural families with kitchen grading to empower local people and give them skills to plant vegetables for their food security at nearby home or village.

Challenge

For the majority of people in Sindh province poor, Food, Shelter and health shortage on large scale, COVID-19 and then floods 2022 hit hard and damaged 33 million people living in miserable conditions and every where insecurity of food and shelter and health. problems on large scale in Sindh Pakistan and needs to tackle via skills development in rural areas of flood affected people, this project will build skills and trainings of 1,000 poor women to help them towards sustainable development

Solution

The overall objective of the project is to contribute in the efforts of skills development in rural poor areas will target 1,000 poor families and about 40 villages will get access to plant vegetable at their household level and help them in their good security. this project will be innovative and help and empower 1,000 rural women

Long-Term Impact

There is proverb to do not give fish but give skills to catch fish on daily basis and these skills help them to get on road to sustainable development, this project will be sustainable and long term development aspects, this project will enable 1,000 rural women to grow fresh vegetables on daily basis for ling time
