Between January and May 2026, 36 women entrepreneurs in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico completed six group mentoring sessions and six specialized workshops through the uHub program. Topics included time management, digital marketing, sales, leadership, and problem-solving — all facilitated by expert mentors.
In April, we held our first in-person networking event, "Connecting Ideas with Action," with 61 attendees. Two workshops and a keynote speaker brought together participants, local entrepreneurs, and community members. Connections were made, partnerships began, and several of our participants found new doors opening for their businesses.
The progress we're seeing goes beyond numbers. Some women who started with just an idea are now promoting their products on social media and actively seeking funding opportunities. One lesson we learned: these women do not want to miss a session. When we paused meetings during the holiday period, they reached out asking when we would meet again. That tells us everything about the community we're building together.
In the coming months, we move into the next phase: business model development, project management, and financial planning — turning strong entrepreneurial mindsets into structured, sustainable businesses. Thank you for making this possible.
