By Jawanghe Joseph | Project Leader
This project is designed to break the cycle of poverty and hopelessness by unlocking the creative potential of young people and transforming it into a source of dignity, employment, and income. Through hands-on training in beadwork, basket weaving, tailoring, paper crafts, and recycled art, participants gain practical skills using locally available materials.
In addition to technical training, the project provides mentorship in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and marketing to ensure that these skills translate into real economic opportunities and sustainable livelihoods.
While we have not yet received donations through this platform, we are grateful for the support received from well-wishers outside the platform. Through this support, five young girls have successfully been trained in tailoring, and fabrics were provided to them as startup materials. This is a significant step toward enabling them to begin their own income-generating activities and build independent futures.
Long-Term Impact
The project aims to create a generation of self-reliant young people who can use their creativity to support themselves and contribute to their communities. By combining skills training with business knowledge, participants are better positioned to secure sustainable incomes and improve their quality of life.
We kindly encourage you to continue sharing our campaign and help keep it active. Your support will enable us to reach more young people and expand this life-changing initiative.
