Empowering Girls with Sewing Machines

This week, we are expecting important progress in our project to empower girls with sewing machines. The girls have shown great interest and enthusiasm and are eagerly waiting to begin their practical sewing training. We recently held a meeting with the girls, where we discussed the training program and encouraged them to remain committed and ready to learn.

During this week, Karitas Relief Mission expects to continue organizing the girls and preparing them for the beginning of their training. The girls will be introduced to the sewing machines and will gradually learn how to operate them safely, thread the machines, take measurements, cut fabric, and make simple clothing and other useful items.

Our expectation is that the training will give the girls practical skills that can help them become more self-reliant. Many of the girls come from families with limited resources, and learning sewing can give them an opportunity to earn an income in the future and support themselves and their families.

We will continue encouraging the girls to attend regularly, work together, and take the training seriously. Karitas Relief Mission will also monitor their progress and document the activities so that our supporters can see how their generosity is making a difference.
