Closing our school year and a new beginning

Dear Impulso friends and family,

We have reached the end of the school year, and as we shared in our previous report, out of the 272 students who began the school year, 258 have either remained in school or graduated during the year. Additionally, we are proud to have helped 77 students graduate from our programs and university.

With them, we held four different graduation ceremonies, one for each of our four headquarters in Yucatan. Impulso Universitario's local network had the opportunity to show their support towards our students, as parents, donors, allies, and more people joined in for our closing ceremonies.

Otherwise, the year was exciting as we completed many sessions of our renovated Comprehensive Training Program. Students in their first, second, and third years experienced these changes intended to give them a more well-rounded view of their paths to becoming Agents of Change. Many topics were covered, from Human Rights to Project Planning and Volunteering to Emotional Skills.

Finally, at Impulso Universitario, we would like to inform you that we will deactivate this GlobalGiving project as we look forward to our next year. As an organization, we want to double our efforts in having a single project on the platform. However, we want to continue having contact; you can do so through our remaining project on GlobalGiving or any other way you prefer.

As always, if you wish to know more about our activities, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would love to connect further and show you all of our actions.

Thank you for supporting Impulso Universitario. Your generosity allows our students to complete their studies and become promoters of the common good in their communities.
