Empower Rural Entrepreneurs in Uganda

Development Alert is committed to building a strong and sustainable community of rural entrepreneurs across Uganda. Through targeted mentorship, training, and resource support, we have so far reached 100 rural communities, equipping individuals with the skills and tools needed to establish and manage small businesses for income and improved livelihoods.

Many rural households face high levels of unemployment and limited access to financial literacy, business training, and startup capital. This initiative addresses those gaps by empowering community members to take control of their economic futures through entrepreneurship.

By working directly with local groups, we provide practical guidance on business planning, savings culture, marketing, and basic financial management. This approach ensures that entrepreneurs are not only starting businesses but are also building sustainable ventures that can grow over time.
