Dear esteemed GlobalGiving donor,
We are excited to share the progress of our Children’s Football Academy in Uganda, where we currently have 22 enthusiastic children actively participating in our program. Thanks to the dedication of our coaches and the unwavering support from our donors, these young athletes are making remarkable strides in their football skills and teamwork.
Over the past few months, the children have learned various essential football lessons, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and positional play. Their growth in skills and confidence has been inspiring, fostering not only athletic development but also important values such as discipline and teamwork.
During the upcoming school holidays, we plan to take the children to a local kids' football pitch for additional lessons. This will provide them with an opportunity to practice in a more spacious and engaging environment, enhancing their learning experience.
In line with our vision to provide a comprehensive training environment, our project is in the process of establishing a small kids' football play area. This facility will be equipped with lights, an enclosed space, and carpets to create a safe and effective training environment for the children. Our goal is to complete this project within the year.
To realize our dream and sustain this program, we are seeking 15 generous recurring donors, each committing $100 monthly. This funding will significantly contribute to the development of the play area, training resources, and overall growth of the academy.
We appreciate your continued support and belief in our mission. Together, we can empower these children through football and create lasting opportunities for their futures.
Thank you!
