2025 Impact Report

Enseña Ecuador

1. Overview

In 2025, Enseña Ecuador continued strengthening educational leadership and learning outcomes across multiple regions of the country. Through our programs for teachers, school leaders, and education professionals, we worked directly with schools and communities to improve academic results and expand opportunities for students.

Thanks to the support of partners and donors, our work reached thousands of students and educators across Ecuador.

2. Geographic Scope

Our programs were implemented in 109 schools across four provinces:
• Imbabura
• Pichincha
• Tungurahua
• Azuay

These territories represent diverse educational contexts where strengthening school leadership and teaching practices can significantly improve learning outcomes.

3. Key Results

Students Reached
More than 83,000 students benefited from improved teaching practices and school leadership through our programs.

Learning Outcomes
Students participating in classrooms supported by our programs demonstrated 67% faster learning acceleration compared to the national average, showing that strengthened educational leadership can significantly improve academic progress.

Participant Satisfaction
Participants reported extremely high satisfaction levels, with an average rating of 4.97 out of 5, and 100% of participants stating they would recommend the program.

4. Program Development

In 2025, Enseña Ecuador also relaunched the Profesionales de la Educación program. This initiative aims to bring new leaders into the education system and strengthen our ability to support teachers and school leaders across the country.

By expanding leadership within education, we are building the conditions for long-term systemic change.

5. Looking Ahead

In 2026, Enseña Ecuador will continue scaling its impact to ensure that every child in Ecuador has access to a quality education.

Through strengthened partnerships and continued innovation in educational leadership, we aim to expand our programs and reach more schools, teachers, and students across the country.
