General Overview
Between May and September 2025, Enseña Ecuador carried out key actions to strengthen educational leadership through
The Lead to Transform (LET) program.
Two milestones marked this period:
1. Recruitment and selection of the LET 2025–2026 cohort.
2. Implementation of the Summer Institute (InVe).
The process included an online application, in-person assessment, and final interviews. For the first time, a MINEDUC “referral list” was used, expanding the reach of recruitment.
