The future of an entire community can begin with empowering one determined woman. In rural Uganda, many women are eager to work but remain trapped in poverty because they lack access to skills training, affordable finance, productive resources, and business opportunities. Single mothers and caregivers of orphaned children are especially vulnerable as climate-related crop failures and unemployment deepen economic hardship. This project will provide entrepreneurship training, savings group participation, financial literacy, business mentorship, and livelihood start-up resources to help women establish sustainable enterprises. As women become financially independent, children will remain in school, families will improve their nutrition and healthcare, and communities will experience stronger economic growth. Your investment will create a ripple effect of hope, dignity, and opportunity that lasts for generations.
