EMPOWER 200 RURAL WOMEN THROUGH POULTRY FARMING

For countless women in rural Uganda, poverty is not a lack of ambition—it is a lack of opportunity. Every day, single mothers and caregivers of orphaned children struggle to provide food, education, and healthcare while facing unemployment, climate-related crop failures, and limited access to financial services and productive resources. This project will empower women with entrepreneurship training, financial literacy, savings groups, business mentorship, and livelihood start-up resources to establish thriving income-generating activities. As women build successful businesses, families will achieve food security, children will remain in school, and households will gain lasting financial independence.
