INFORME MUJERES ROFÉ

Nos alegra compartir con ustedes los avances más significativos del programa Mujeres ROFÉ durante este periodo de 2026. Gracias a su generoso apoyo, hemos desarrollado con éxito nuestro plan de trabajo y alcanzado importantes logros enfocados en impulsar a mujeres cabeza de hogar en Colombia, brindándoles herramientas para fortalecer su autosuficiencia, liderazgo y bienestar, generando un impacto positivo en sus familias y comunidades.

Estrechando lazos con la comunidad 

Con gran alegría realizamos nuestros encuentros presenciales en Cartagena y Bogotá, espacios que representaron una maravillosa oportunidad para conocernos, compartir experiencias y continuar fortaleciendo la red de Mujeres ROFÉ.

Cartagena

El 11 de junio contamos con la participación activa de grandes mujeres en el evento presencial desarrollado en las instalaciones de la UNITECNAR. La jornada inició con una actividad de integración que permitió fortalecer los vínculos entre las participantes. Posteriormente, se desarrolló la charla “Cómo utilizar las redes sociales y el marketing digital para promocionar su negocio”, liderada por uno de nuestros aliados estratégicos. Cerramos la jornada con el panel “Mujeres que nos inspiran”, en el que contamos con la participación de cuatro mujeres emprendedoras cartageneras, quienes compartieron sus experiencias, aprendizajes y retos, convirtiéndose en referentes de inspiración para las participantes.

Bogotá

El 29 de agosto se desarrolló nuestro séptimo encuentro de mujeres ROFÉ en la sede de UNIMINUTO logramos nuestros objetivos con gran participación de la comunidad así como de nuestro aliados para afianzar lazos de pertenencia. La jornada inició con la actividad de integración “Aquí comienza lo que nos une”, liderada por nuestro equipo ROFÉ. Posteriormente, abordamos temas de gran interés para las participantes, entre ellos:

• ¿Cómo convertir nuestra historia en una herramienta de conexión?
• ¿Tu dinero está trabajando a favor de tu emprendimiento?
• Lo que tu intuición quiere decirte – Metodología Montejo.

Como cierre, realizamos el panel “Mujeres que inspiran, historias que transforman”, con la participación de tres mujeres emprendedoras, quienes compartieron sus historias y experiencias, inspirando a las participantes a continuar avanzando en sus proyectos y emprendimientos.

Seguimos en la ruta de la Formación Contínua 

Cursos ejecutados y niveles de satisfacción

En cumplimiento del plan de trabajo 2026, continuamos fortaleciendo nuestra ruta de formación continua, diseñada para brindar a las mujeres herramientas prácticas que contribuyan al desarrollo de sus emprendimientos y al fortalecimiento de sus capacidades. Durante los meses de junio, julio y agosto, avanzamos en la ejecución de los siguientes cursos:

• Segundo curso: “De la idea a la acción, tu guía para emprender con éxito” con un nivel de satisfacción del 98,5%.
• Tercer curso: “Finanzas  inteligentes, gestión para emprendedoras” con un nivel de satisfacción del  98,2%.

Principales charlas 

Con la participación de mentores y aliados estratégicos, fortalecimos los contenidos a través de espacios prácticos que complementan los procesos de formación y empleabilidad de las mujeres. Entre las principales charlas desarrolladas se destacan:

• Autoestima y confianza en sí mismas
• Cultura digital: por qué aprender habilidades digitales es clave en nuestra vida cotidiana?
• Ciberseguridad básica 
• Habilidades Blandas

Cabe destacar la participación en estos espacios de más de 213 mujeres con un promedio de satisfacción del 99%.

¡Preparados para cerrar nuestro exitoso año 2026!

Durante los próximos meses continuaremos con nuestra ruta formal de formación con los dos cursos restantes del ciclo de formación anual:

• “Transforma tu negocio con estrategias digitales”
• “Empoderamiento en Ventas: ¡Lleva tu Negocio al Siguiente Nivel!”

Esta ruta será complementada con charlas y talleres en diferentes temáticas, desarrollados junto con nuestros aliados Lean Solutions y Brahma Kumaris, incluyendo espacios de bienestar y contenidos relacionados con el mundo digital.

MUJERES ROFÉ REPORT

We are pleased to share with you the most significant achievements of the Mujeres ROFÉ program during this period of 2026. Thanks to your generous support, we have successfully implemented our work plan and achieved important milestones focused on empowering women who are heads of households in Colombia, providing them with tools to strengthen their self-sufficiency, leadership, and well-being, while generating a positive impact on their families and communities.

Strengthening Our Community Connections

We were delighted to hold our in-person gatherings in Cartagena and Bogotá. These events provided a wonderful opportunity to get to know one another, share experiences, and continue strengthening the Mujeres ROFÉ network.

Cartagena

On June 11, we had the active participation of a wonderful group of women at the in-person event held at the UNITECNAR facilities. The day began with an integration activity that helped strengthen the connections among participants.

This was followed by the session “How to Use Social Media and Digital Marketing to Promote Your Business,” led by one of our strategic partners.

We closed the day with the panel “Women Who Inspire Us,” featuring four women entrepreneurs from Cartagena who shared their experiences, lessons learned, and challenges, becoming inspiring role models for the participants.

Bogotá

On August 29, we held our seventh Mujeres ROFÉ gathering at the UNIMINUTO campus. We successfully achieved our objectives, with strong participation from the community and our partners, helping to strengthen our sense of belonging and connection.

The day began with the integration activity “This Is Where What Unites Us Begins,” led by our ROFÉ team.

We then addressed topics of great interest to the participants, including:

• How can we turn our story into a tool for connection?
• Is your money working in favor of your business?
• What Your Intuition Is Trying to Tell You – Montejo Methodology

To close the event, we held the panel “Women Who Inspire, Stories That Transform,” featuring three women entrepreneurs who shared their stories and experiences, inspiring participants to continue moving forward with their projects and businesses.

Continuing Along Our 2026 Lifelong Learning Journey

Courses Delivered and Satisfaction Levels

As part of our 2026 work plan, we continued strengthening our lifelong learning pathway, designed to provide women with practical tools that contribute to the development of their businesses and the strengthening of their skills.

During June, July, and August, we made progress in delivering the following courses:

• Second Course: “From Idea to Action: Your Guide to Successful Entrepreneurship”. The course achieved a 98.5% satisfaction rate.

• Third Course: “Smart Finances: Financial Management for Women Entrepreneurs”. The course achieved a 98.2% satisfaction rate.

Key Workshops and Talks

With the participation of mentors and strategic partners, we strengthened our program content through practical sessions that complement the women's training and employability processes.

Some of the key topics addressed included:

• Self-esteem and self-confidence
• Digital Culture: Why Learning Digital Skills Is Key in Our Everyday Lives
• Basic Cybersecurity
• Soft Skills

It is worth highlighting that more than 213 women participated in these sessions, with an average satisfaction rate of 99%.

Looking Ahead: Closing 2026 with Continued Impact

During the coming months, we will continue implementing our formal training pathway with the two remaining courses of the 2026 annual training cycle:

• “Transform Your Business with Digital Strategies”
• “Empowerment in Sales: Take Your Business to the Next Level!”

This pathway will be complemented by talks and workshops covering a variety of topics, developed together with our partners Lean Solutions and Brahma Kumaris, including well-being sessions and content related to the digital world.
