We are pleased to share with you the most significant achievements of the Mujeres ROFÉ program during the second quarter of 2026. Thanks to your generous support, we continue strengthening this transformative platform that empowers women heads of household in Colombia by providing them with tools to enhance their self-sufficiency, leadership, and well-being, creating a direct impact on their families and communities.

Large Call for New Women to Join the ROFÉ Community

At ROFÉ, we believe in the power of women to transform realities. For this reason, on January 26 we launched a nationwide call for applications aimed at adult women heads of household with entrepreneurial initiatives across Colombia, interested in contributing, learning, and becoming part of a community that drives meaningful change.

We received more than 1,000 applications, from which 440 women who met the established requirements were selected. As a result, the Mujeres ROFÉ network is currently made up of 5,100 participants from nearly 500 municipalities across Colombia’s 32 departments.

Key Highlights of the Community’s New Composition

  • 68% of the women belong to socioeconomic level 1.
  • 76% have incomes below the minimum wage.
  • The regional distribution of participants is as follows:
    • Caribbean Region: 41%
    • Andean Region: 34%
    • Pacific Region: 16%
    • Orinoquía Region: 5%
    • Amazon Region: 4%

This initiative was accompanied by two welcome sessions in which participants learned about the benefits of being selected, as well as the training dynamics, emotional support opportunities, and entrepreneurship strengthening activities, among other aspects.

Continuous Training 2026

   Courses Delivered and Satisfaction Levels

As part of the 2026 plan, we continued strengthening our five training courses. Together with the facilitators, course content was updated and, in some cases, course names were redefined.

One of the main focuses of the first course was:

“Entrepreneurship does not begin with a business… it begins with you,” designed for women who want to strengthen their confidence, voice, and vision in order to build purpose-driven projects. More than a course, this space represents a personal growth process to take confident steps toward entrepreneurship.

First Course: “Personal Skills for Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurship”

  • 246 women enrolled.
  • Satisfaction level: 94%.

    Special Talks and Workshops

With the participation of mentors and strategic partners, we strengthened the program content through practical and experiential spaces aimed at enhancing women’s training and employability processes. Among the most notable activities were:

  • 3 personal empowerment workshop sessions with A.L., achieving a 97% satisfaction level.
  • 2 financial education sessions with J.U., rated with a 92% satisfaction level, covering basic financial concepts and money management.
  • 3 well-being workshop sessions, “Cities of Kindness and Compassion,” developed together with Brahma Kumaris and rated by participants with a 98% satisfaction level.

Ready for What’s Ahead!

We are organizing our in-person gatherings in Cartagena and Bogotá with the goal of strengthening community bonds through a day filled with integration, learning, and growth. It will be a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other better and continue strengthening the Mujeres ROFÉ network.

Likewise, we continue strengthening our talks and workshop spaces on topics such as employability, self-esteem, digital culture, cybersecurity, networking, among others, with the support of partners such as Lean Solutions and Michael Page, among others, in order to ensure continuity and further enrich the program.

Thank you for believing in the transformative power of Colombian women. Every contribution, act of support, and expression of trust allows us to continue building opportunities, well-being, and hope for thousands of families.

Thank you for being part of ROFÉ!
