We are on a mission to equip 10 million girls across Sub-Saharan Africa with the skills, confidence, and support they need to lead change in their lives and communities. Through mentorship, digital learning, entrepreneurship, leadership, and advocacy training, 10MAG helps girls navigate critical life and education transitions, build economic opportunity and break cycles of poverty. Everyone who supports this mission is called a MAGnifier. Would you help us reach a million girls?
Across Sub-Saharan Africa, 50% of girls aged 15-19 are out of school, engaged in child labour, or married early. These disruptions limit girls' economic potential and increase their vulnerability to poverty and gender-based violence. Yet research shows that each additional year of education can increase a girl's future earnings by up to 15%, creating powerful ripple effects for families and communities.
10MAG is redefining what is possible for African girls by equipping them with practical, real-world skills and sustained support. Through the programme, girls: Build leadership, entrepreneurship, and digital skills; Receive mentorship and exposure to women leaders across sectors; Learn to identify challenges in their communities and solve them sustainably; and Gain advocacy skills to navigate systems and shape decisions that affect their lives.
By 2050, 10MAG aims to equip 10 million African girls with the tools to lift themselves and their communities out of poverty, while strengthening Africa's future workforce and expanding economic opportunities for women and girls across the continent.
