This project is from the Memorandum adopted in Geneva at the international conference held in 2025 at the UNOG headquarters, which highlighted the shortcomings of current legal instruments governing freshwater resources globally, in light of UN General Assembly Resolution 64/292 of 2010, which introduced an new concept of water humanism. Beyond environmental issues, this initiative addresses a major geopolitical imperative: preventing water-related conflicts and strengthening stability
