Challenge

Russia's invasion of Ukraine resulted in about 3.6 million refugees, of whom 360,000 fled to Moldova. Currently, Ukranian refugees have fled to Moldova shelters, but due to lack of relief supplies and food, they are unable to eat and take care of their health. We try to supply urgently needed supplies for a stable life in a situation that lasts more than a month.

Solution

Peace Winds Korea aims to support the evacuation of Ukrainian refugees, provide basic children and adult hygiene kits, and provide various items to improve the center's food and hygiene environment. It is intended to provide goods to at least 1,500 refugees and to provide goods that can actually be of help by identifying goods that are actually needed locally through on-site monitoring activities.

Long-Term Impact

The project aims to provide at least 1,500 Ukrainian refugees with electronics, mattresses and medicines such as refrigerators and microwaves to minimize evacuation inconvenience and prevent medical problems, infections and food shortages.
