The initiatives led by Aldeias Infantis SOS Brasil in Caicó-RN in 2024 highlight the power of art and community mobilization as tools for social transformation and child protection. In February, the “” integrated local Carnival festivities with educational actions focused on the rights of children and adolescents. Through awareness-raising activities, discussion circles, and the distribution of informational flyers, the initiative directly engaged around 500 families, emphasizing the vital role of families and the protection network during festive periods.
In April, the Notas de Esperança Project delivered a transformative musical experience in partnership with UFRN and the Sibelius Academy (Finland). Young people from Brazil and abroad participated in workshops, musical exchanges, and a final performance in the iconic Praça do Arco do Triunfo. The event celebrated culture, creativity, and the unifying power of music.
Together, these initiatives reflect SAldeias Infantis SOS Brasil' commitment to strengthening bonds, promoting rights, and supporting the holistic development of children, adolescents, and their families through education, art, and active community participation.
