Greetings to all our donors, friends, and supporters.
We are pleased to share an update on our education support project for vulnerable children in rural Western Uganda. During this reporting period, the supported children successfully completed their school term and broke off on 21 August 2026 for their holiday. We are grateful that, with the support of our donors and friends, the children have been able to remain in school, attend their classes and continue their education despite the current difficult economic circumstances.
The children are now back home for a one-month holiday before returning to school for the final term of the year. The support provided through this project continues to make an important difference in helping vulnerable children remain engaged in education and giving them greater stability and hope for the future. We are encouraged by their continued progress and remain committed to ensuring that their vulnerable situation does not force them out of school.
As we look ahead to the final term, our immediate priority is to help the children return to school without interruption. This will require support for school fees, scholastic materials and other essential school requirements, as well as basic wellbeing needs to provide for the children. We remain deeply grateful for every contribution that helps keep these children in school and provide for their needs. Your continued support gives them more than access to education; it gives them dignity, opportunity and a real chance to build a better future.
Thank you for standing with them/us.
