Greetings to all our donors, friends, and supporters on GlobalGiving.
We are pleased to share an update on the project. We remain deeply grateful for your continued generosity and commitment toward supporting vulnerable children in rural Western Uganda through education.
During this reporting period, the supported children successfully completed their school term on 30th April 2026 and have now returned home for the holidays. Your support enabled them to remain in school, attend classes consistently, and continue their education with improved stability and hope for the future.
The project continues to support vulnerable children with essential scholastic needs, school-related requirements, and follow-up support to help them remain engaged in learning despite difficult household conditions. Educational support remains one of the few reliable pathways toward a better future for these children as we have witnessed with the project’s first beneficiaries.
Although the school term has ended, significant needs still remain. We still have the upcoming fees (next term) issues to deal with, scholastic materials for the new term, personal items and basic well-being support (food security) for the children’s welfare during the holidays.
We remain committed to ensuring that the children are able to return to school when the next term begins in a month’s time from today. Your continued support gives vulnerable children not only access to education, but also dignity, encouragement, and hope.
We believe that with your support, we can do more. Thank you always.
